Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You will deliver direct patient care in our telemetry unit at Cleveland Medical Center, monitoring patients with cardiac conditions who require continuous cardiac rhythm surveillance. Your clinical judgment and attention to detail keep patients safe as you respond promptly to rhythm changes and hemodynamic shifts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients in a monitored setting
• Monitor continuous cardiac rhythms and alert providers to significant changes
• Assess patient status regularly, documenting findings in the medical record
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Respond to patient needs and alarms with clinical acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care and monitoring activities
