OR RN Job in Marietta, GA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Kennestone Hospital, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning February 4, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Work 3 twelve-hour day shifts per week
• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekend call shifts
• 30-minute call back requirement with on-call rotation per unit
• Weekly pay: $1,864.80

Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching
• Complete timely documentation and maintain respectful clinical environment
• Respond effectively to emergencies and function in a fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or nursing diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license required
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to support clinical care
