Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry unit at Cone Health – The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting May 11, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,021.76

Role Details

You'll care for patients with observation needs, respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life care, psychiatric observation, diabetes management, and post-surgical patients. Your patient ratio is 6:1 across all shifts. You'll float to other Cone Health facilities when census is low.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Previous charge RN experience preferred
• Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• IV management, wound care, and blood product administration
• Medical-surgical procedures and clinical skills
• EPIC charting system experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current NIHSS certification

Onboarding Requirements

• 48 hours of orientation provided
• Mandatory EKG exam during onboarding (two attempts allowed)
• Complete all compliance requirements by 12:00 noon EST on the Wednesday prior to your start date
