RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts with rotating call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• On-call required 7 days per month, non-consecutive
• Weekend on-call responsibilities only
• Perform and assist with a comprehensive range of cardiac and peripheral procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy
• Assist with Carotid diagnostic and stenting procedures as well as peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy
• Support Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy procedures
• Proficiently monitor patients using Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
• Proficiently monitor LEXISCAN Stress Tests
• Operate two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms
• Utilize McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic System
• Assist with pre and post procedure area duties, patient transporting, and other assigned duties
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Recent travel experience preferred
• Oklahoma State License or compact license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIH
• Preferred certifications: ACLS (AHA)
• Skills checklist current within 1 year pertinent to specialty required
• 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years required
