ED - Emergency Room

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Occasionally work 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM shifts if needed
• Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as required
• No call responsibilities
• Patient ratio of 4:1 for all shifts
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, first time travelers welcome
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS
• EPIC charting system experience required
• STEMI and Stroke facility experience required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• Care for patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 180 visits per day in 58-room emergency department
• Treat special care populations including cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health patients
• May float to any facility campus if needed
• Must complete compliance by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Local radius restriction of 50 miles applies
