Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Grapevine, TX

You will work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Lodge at Bear Creek in Grapevine, Texas, on a 13-week travel contract. This is a day-shift position in a rehabilitation setting where you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans designed by the supervising physical therapist
• Supporting patient mobility and recovery goals through hands-on therapy techniques
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment responses
• Collaborating with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitoring patient tolerance and safety during therapy sessions
