About the Role

As an RN in the PCU, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and support. PCU patients typically need more than basic medical-surgical care but may not require the intensive monitoring of an ICU setting. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Schedule

You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, with your shift running from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This schedule allows for flexibility while maintaining consistent engagement with your patients and the unit team.
