Operating Room RN Job in Charleston, SC

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• On-call requirement: 5-8 calls per month including weekend call
• Holiday call may be required during hurricane season (June through November)
• Must have 2 years of experience in operating room nursing
• Must be able to scrub and circulate general OR cases
• Experience highly preferred in plastics, colorectal, robotic surgery, urology, MIS, pancreatic/biliary, and surgical oncology cases
• Work with 5 robotic surgical systems
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Handle approximately 28 visits per day across 10 operating rooms
• Required certifications: BLS, South Carolina RN license or multi-state license
• Radiation badge provided by agency
• 36 hours of orientation required
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Must be able to work with adults
• Facility may call off traveler 1 shift per 2-week pay period
• During hurricane season, may be assigned to emergency response teams
• All RTO must be provided at time of submission
