ED RN Job in Nashua, NH

St Joseph Hospital - Nashua is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on a travel assignment. You will work 3x12 hour day shifts for 91 days, with a start date of July 20, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,665.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned Emergency Department areas
• Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests
• Participate in the planning and implementation of written care plans under the direction of a Physician
• Perform standard assessments using basic equipment
• Administer medications with required visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Uphold patient safety standards as outlined in job analysis requirements
• Interact positively with team members and patients while respecting patient culture, lifestyle, religion, and age when planning or implementing care
• Accept constructive criticism and channel emotional reactions in a positive manner

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree preferred; graduation from an approved School of Nursing required
• Clinical experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
• Specialty certification preferred
