CT Technologist Job in Pittsfield, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. You'll work 5x8 rotating shifts at $3,168 weekly pay.

Position Overview

As a CT Technologist, you will perform a wide variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with primary focus on CT and secondary X-Ray responsibilities. You'll apply independent judgment and critical thinking to facilitate accurate diagnosis, manage patient care according to departmental and hospital policies, and maintain confidentiality and infection control standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform primary diagnostic radiology and CT scan tasks including IV insertion and injections
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, CT, and PACS applications
• Demonstrate proficiency with PACS, HIS, and RIS computer systems
• May receive independent assignments from Lead Technologist, Administrative Director, Operations Manager, or Facility Director
• May supervise or instruct department personnel as assigned
• Maintain excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication
• Complete annual mandatory education including blood borne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation
• Maintain department competencies as required
• On-call availability with possible weekend and holiday assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current CT experience
• ARRT (CT) Certification and BLS (AHA) required
• Massachusetts Radiology license required
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• Ability to function independently in high-stress, work-intensive environment
• Own vehicle for transportation

Non-billable orientation is 8 hours. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted; all scheduling requests must be submitted at time of assignment upload. Assignment begins May 18, 2026.
