Travel: RN Neonatal ICU 5F - Nights

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 3x12 schedule with 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend requirements: every other weekend as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Night shift orientation conducted on day shift - must be available entire orientation week
• Must have current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required, ventilator competency required
• Preferred 2 years in NICU level 3 or higher
• Float requirements: expected to work in NICU, PICU, or Postpartum floor based on patient volumes
• Patient ratios determined by acuity (NICU typically 1:3)
• Work with premature infants, infants of diabetic mothers, infants with respiratory distress, and post-date infants
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Dress code: black scrubs or Mercy Kids scrub top with black scrub pants
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 - April 1
• Must demonstrate flexibility and positive attitude
