Telemetry RN Job in Manchester, NH

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at $2,233.80 per week, with an assignment start date of July 13, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care on a 48-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit with an average census of 27 patients. On night shifts, your patient ratio is 1:6. You may float to like Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed. Daily multidisciplinary rounds occur Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 11:00/11:15 AM on day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments with orthopedic care knowledge
• Administer IV medications including Lasix drips, heparin drips, IVP metoprolol, diltiazem, and insulin (IV or subcutaneous)
• Manage wound care including drain management and wound VACs
• Provide NGT/G tube care and manage parenteral nutrition
• Handle central line management including PICC lines, hemodialysis catheters, and midlines
• Care for Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheters
• Provide ostomy care and postoperative patient care
• Perform NGT procedures on unit

Equipment & Systems

You will use Hoyer lifts, automated BP machines, bladder scanners, remote telemetry monitoring, and vein finders. Documentation is performed in Altera/Allscripts Sunrise.

Requirements

• Current RN License (NH license must be in hand at time of submittal)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Med/Surg Telemetry skillset
• IV medication administration experience
• Wound care and drain management experience
• Central line management experience

Scrubs and closed-toe shoes required; Crocs are not permitted.
