Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Floating to other units is required
• Scrub color required: Navy Blue
• Work on a 56-bed unit covering Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, and General Medicine
• Common diagnoses include cancer, oncology, hematology, ESRD, diabetes, GI conditions, abdominal pain, dermatology, and general medicine cases
• Patient demographics: adult patients 18 years and older
• Specialty equipment includes IV pumps, NG tubes, chest tubes, and specialty beds including sand beds
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Med Surg/Oncology required
• Travel experience required
• EMR experience with EPIC required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS, and Chemo Certification
• Active New York RN license required with NURSYS verification
• Skills checklist matching Med Surg/Oncology specialty required
