<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>CNA - CNA</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Day shifts with every other weekend requirement<br>• Patient ratios: 1:9-10 during days, 1:11-16 during nights<br>• Primary assignment at main facility with required floating throughout Region Two facilities<br>• Float to St. Clare Hospital (Lakewood, WA), St. Elizabeth Hospital (Enumclaw, WA), and St Joseph Medical Center (Tacoma, WA)<br>• Care for patients with COPD, COVID, heart failure, abdominal surgeries, dialysis, cardiac conditions, med-tele, psych, infectious disease, orthopedic, neurological (stroke/TBI), heart cath lab, and general post-surgical patients<br>• Required skills: vital signs and med-tele level of care experience<br>• Job duties include PIV removal and foley removal (will not perform blood sugar checks)<br>• Standby requirements as per nursing contracts<br>• Holiday requirements same as nursing staff<br>• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for shorter assignments<br>• EPIC charting system used<br>• One day general orientation and one day unit/hospital orientation provided<br>• Required certifications: CNA license and BLS Certification<br>• COVID vaccine required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates as part of a regional network providing comprehensive medical services across multiple locations. The facility features 189 beds plus 32 transition beds and offers specialized care in various departments including medical-telemetry, cardiac services, and post-surgical care.
