SH 438 SH ST. JOSEPH REG MED CTR - Travel: RN Operating Room (OR) Days

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday<br>• Call responsibilities include one day per week and one weekend per month<br>• 3 years of recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting required<br>• Experience with General surgery, DaVinci (preferred), Ortho, robotic knee replacement, trauma, and Neuro<br>• Idaho RN or multi-state RN license required<br>• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association required<br>• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in patient care planning<br>• Work collaboratively with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORTs and other personnel<br>• Schedule cases and ensure supplies are available<br>• Maintain timeliness of cases and communicate with families<br>• Update physician preference cards<br>• Scrub and circulate surgical cases<br>• Supervise personnel delivering patient care<br>• Provide care according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN and regulatory standards</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This regional medical center operates a comprehensive Operating Room department that provides advanced surgical services including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, robotic surgeries, trauma care, and neurosurgery.
