Opportunity:
PT - Outpatient Inpatient
Job Details:
• 26-week assignment commitment required
• Primarily outpatient care with some inpatient care responsibilities
• Day shift hours from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday coverage required (typically 4-5 Saturdays for a 26-week assignment)
• Epic experience preferred
• Oregon License required
• BLS certification required
