Med Surg RN Job in Jackson, MI

Henry Ford Health System is seeking an RN for a Med Surg position in Jackson, MI. You'll work 4x10 nights with a weekly pay of $2,373.03 and a contract duration of 88 weeks, starting April 28, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families
• Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
• May float to other units, including lockdown units as needed
• Work in an acuity-adaptable setting

Requirements:

• Current Michigan RN licensure required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• 2+ years of general medical-surgical unit experience required
• At least one year of surgical floor experience highly preferred
