Med Surg RN Job in Springdale, AR

You are a Registered Nurse (RN) being recruited for a 13-week travel assignment at Northwest Medical Center Springdale in an Inpatient Rehab Unit. This role offers a stable night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, working three 12-hour shifts per week. The assignment begins August 17, 2026.

Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly pay: $1,839.60
• Shift: 3x12 nights (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active Arkansas or Multistate nursing license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an acute care setting (Inpatient Rehab, Med/Surg, ICU, PCU, or ED)
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility

Facility Information

Northwest Medical Center Springdale uses the Cerner electronic medical record system. Candidates with prior Cerner experience are preferred; however, you will receive one orientation shift to become comfortable with the system if needed.

This is a straightforward inpatient rehab position supporting patients during the night hours. You will work within an established team and have the opportunity to build familiarity with the unit's workflows and patient population over the 13-week duration.
