ED RN Job in Wenatchee, WA

You will provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department at Confluence Health Hospital-Central Campus, working three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments as ordered
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and identify educational needs
• Provide patient and family education using written informational materials
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
• Function as a sitter and float in rotation as needed

Your Qualifications

• Current Washington State or Compact RN licensure
• Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications

Position Details

• 92-day assignment starting May 3, 2026
• Three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours total
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Cross-training provided to Charge RN and Medical Center ER roles
• Weekly pay: $2,436.48

You will work within the Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and unit-specific standards throughout your assignment.
