PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Weekend requirement includes Sundays
• Floating requirement to Summit campus as needed
• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility
• Work to relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions from disease or injury
• Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent assessment
• Provide attentive monitoring and care with effective communication
• Adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures
• Ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care
• Required certifications: BLS and PT license
• 2 years of experience required for submission
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• All certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal
• 7-year work history verification required
• 50 miles travel requirement applies
• Complete modules during orientation (1-5 hours average, recorded through e-learning)
