MRI Technologist Job in Wilkes-Barre, PA

You will work as an MRI Technologist at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, a level 1 trauma facility in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Four 10-hour evening shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Backup on-call weekend coverage every 5–6 weeks, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Holiday coverage as assigned
• Weekly pay: $3,168

Your Role

You will operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a high-acuity trauma environment. You will provide critical imaging services supporting the hospital's emergency and surgical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a level 1 trauma hospital
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Hands-on experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T equipment (Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida)
• Hands-on experience with Philips equipment

As an Allied Health Professional, you will be part of a critical care imaging team in one of the region's busiest trauma centers. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes in emergency and surgical settings.
