Physical Therapist Job in Whitehall, WI

Gundersen Tri-County Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Whitehall, Wisconsin. You will work 5x8 day shifts with flexible start times based on patient cases, operating Monday through Sunday with no float, on-call, or mandatory weekend and holiday shifts (though pickup availability is welcome).

Role Overview

Your caseload will be primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient and swingbed cases comprising less than 10% of your patient volume. You will conduct 45-minute patient appointments with approximately 9–10 visits per day. An 8-hour unbillable orientation period is included at the start of your assignment.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5x8 day shifts with variable start times
• Guaranteed set hours per week (except during facility closures)
• Weekly pay: $2,880
• Contract duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 20, 2026

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy
• Wisconsin PT License
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year outpatient or inpatient experience (both preferred)
