Telemetry RN Job in Hartford, CT

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an RN for a 90-day travel assignment on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. You will work three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, earning $2,316.60 weekly.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the medical surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously for patients with various medical and surgical conditions
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to provider orders
• Respond promptly to cardiac rhythm changes and patient emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Document patient care activities, assessments, and clinical findings in the electronic health record
• Provide clear, compassionate patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning

This assignment begins June 22, 2026. You will join a busy acute-care facility where your telemetry nursing skills are essential to patient safety and recovery. Night shift experience is preferred, and you should be comfortable managing multiple patients while maintaining keen attention to cardiac monitoring and vital sign trends.
