CVOR Technologist Job in Weston, FL

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a CVOR Technologist to join the surgical services team. You will work 3x12-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM with cardiac call responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide scrub and circulating support in the cardiovascular operating room
• Maintain expertise in cardiac and vascular procedures
• Respond to cardiac call with a minimum of 6 calls per month (potentially increasing to 10 during staffing shortages), including 1 weekday call and 2 weekend 24-hour shifts
• Support other surgical cases when cardiac procedures are not scheduled
• Float within scope to sister facilities as needed
• Participate in teaching and training of students and new staff

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months CVOR and vascular experience; 2+ years strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification (NBSTSA/NCCT preferred but not required)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine screening; nicotine-free status required
• Successful completion of EKG and pharmacy tests during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each)
• Completion of time-sensitive orientation modules (6–15 hours, non-billable) before your start date
