Ultrasound Technologist Job in Gastonia, NC

You'll work as an Ultrasound Technologist in our Ultrasound facility in Gastonia, North Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 16, 2026, with a 3x12 night shift schedule and weekly pay of $2,514.

About the Role

You'll perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging alongside other sonographers in the facility. Your caseload will vary based on your assigned bench and location, and you'll support a range of diagnostic and procedural needs.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ultrasound experience
• Current RDMS and RVT certifications
• Proficiency in general abdominal, R/O DVT, and R/O ectopic protocols
• Competency with Siemens, Philips, and GE ultrasound equipment

Valued Competencies

Experience in the following areas is a significant asset:

• Limited vascular imaging
• OB/GYN ultrasound
• Neonatal head ultrasound
• Breast ultrasound
• Prostate ultrasound
• Support for invasive procedures including thyroid and liver biopsies and drainages

Dress Code

Scrubs or lab coat required. Approved colors are black, teal, or white (for lab coat only).
