Opportunity:
RN - Stepdown
Job Details:
• Provide nursing care for post-operative cardiac and thoracic patients in a stepdown unit
• Monitor and manage patients transitioning from higher acuity care settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Support recovery and stabilization of patients following cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures
