Physical Therapist Job in Fishkill, NY

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall, located in Fishkill, NY. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 1, 2026.

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,540.40

Role Responsibilities

You'll deliver physical therapy services in the outpatient care environment, document patient encounters using the EPIC charting system, and maintain compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Current BLS Certification
• Therapy degree and valid PT licensure
• BSN degree not required

Assignment Terms

You may request up to 36 hours of call-offs during the 13-week assignment. To cancel your assignment, you must provide 14 days' notice to ADEX Healthcare Staffing. This assignment is subject to the cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
