Physical Therapist Job in Muskogee, OK

You will provide direct clinical patient care at Muskogee Campus - Xavier Building, evaluating patients and designing individualized treatment plans that progress toward functional goals. Your responsibilities include initiating and administering appropriate therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment programs as goals are met, and maintaining accurate documentation in real time.

Your key duties will include:

• Evaluate patients and establish measurable functional goals
• Administer and progress treatment plans according to care path guidelines
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records and daily charges reflecting time, procedures, and equipment used
• Provide patient and family education, including home program instruction
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments and delegate to RPTA or support staff as appropriate
• Complete accurate documentation in the same day
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings
• Support physical therapy students, observers, and volunteers
• Assist with training of new physical therapy staff

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid State of Oklahoma licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy
• BLS certification
• 0–6 months of related experience
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting

Position Details:

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week on day shift (8-hour shifts). The assignment runs for 89 weeks, with a start date of June 29, 2026. You will earn $2,664 per week.
