<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shifts supporting patient care needs throughout the facility<br>• Serve both the 28-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and 383-bed acute care hospital<br>• Handle patient ratios of 4 patients/day in IRF and 8-12 patients/day in acute care<br>• Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees<br>• Minimum of 1 weekend shift per month required<br>• Must maintain active PT license and BLS certification<br>• Must be willing to work on IRF unit<br>• Work in rehabilitation services department with 2 therapy gyms<br>• Utilize specialized equipment including Vector, LiteGait, and ADL Apartment<br>• Perform evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning<br>• Participate in team conferences and family training sessions<br>• Work with adaptive devices and equipment<br>• Hospital/IRF experience highly preferred<br>• Stroke/neuro experience preferred<br>• Must demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and collaborative approach<br>• Work within EMR system (Meditech)</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a Level II Trauma Center featuring 383 beds with an average census of 240 patients.
