<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM<br>• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 13-week contract<br>• Weekend coverage as needed (could be every weekend to every other weekend depending on unit needs)<br>• Holiday coverage as needed<br>• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all facilities within a 60-mile radius<br>• No on-call or call-back requirements<br>• Patient ratio of 1:5-6 for both days and nights under new staffing model<br>• RNs paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on patient acuity<br>• Primary cases include Med/Surg, COVID patients, pre-post cardiac catheterization, and post pacemaker care<br>• Occasional pediatric patients (rare)<br>• Required to wear black scrubs<br>• Must have 3+ years of RN experience and 1 completed travel contract<br>• EPIC charting experience within the last year required<br>• Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS certification required<br>• Associate degree or certificate required<br>• Previous travel experience required - no local candidates within 50 miles of facility<br>• 8-hour unbillable orientation required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius and features a comprehensive medical/surgical unit on the 5th floor.
