Oncology RN Job in Lawrenceville, GA

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Oncology unit in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a 96-week travel position offering steady, predictable scheduling and competitive compensation.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (4x10 Days)
• Weekly Pay: $2,281
• Duration: 96 weeks
• Start Date: September 28, 2026

Key Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care to oncology patients, administer chemotherapy under protocol, and support the clinical team in delivering specialized cancer care. Your role includes patient assessment, treatment coordination, and ongoing monitoring throughout shift hours.

Requirements

• Current RN license (valid in Georgia)
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience
• Active Chemotherapy Certification
• AHA BLS certification (current)
• ACLS certification (current)

Holiday Coverage

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

Location & Candidate Eligibility

This position is located at Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, GA. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered for this travel assignment.
