Cath Lab Technologist Job in Omaha, NE

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at CHI Health Immanuel in Omaha, Nebraska, supporting a busy cardiac catheterization lab. This is a 91-day travel contract starting April 27, 2026, with 4x10 day shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) paying $3,212 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide intra-procedural circulating, supplies, medication administration, and sedation monitoring
• Handle 4–5 cases per day across 3 suites/labs, primarily interventional with cardiac inpatient add-ons
• Float daily and cover on-call duties between three campuses: Immanuel, Lakeside, and Mercy CB (6–15 miles apart)
• Maintain on-call responsibilities after hours and weekends with a 30-minute response time
• Work with Siemens equipment and EPIC/Apollo cardiac charting systems

Requirements:

• RCIS, BLS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of hospital-setting Cardiac Cath/IR experience
• Valid driver's license at contract start
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Cannot be employed by any CommonSpirit facilities

• Minimum 2 weekends required (1 IR and 1 Cardiac)
• Holiday call requirements apply
• Surgical greens required; artificial nails prohibited—refusal to remove will result in contract termination
• One week of unit-specific orientation including on-call buddy calls
