• 3rd shift position in Blood Bank department
• Blood Bank experience required
• Immunohematology/Blood Bank certification required
• Florida license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• 2 references from a direct supervisor, manager, ANM, or director required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts each
• Pre-start modules required prior to beginning assignment
