Job Details:

• Deliver quality nursing care through utilization of the nursing process
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
• Direct, coordinate and delegate activities to foster patient/family centered care
• Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 3+ years of ER experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), TNCC or ENPC
• Michigan nursing license required
• Position follows clinical interview process with rapid response times
• Carry out functions according to hospital policy and professional regulatory guidelines
