Opportunity:
PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Full-time position working Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Provide physical therapy services in a subacute and skilled nursing environment
• Work with patients requiring rehabilitation and skilled nursing care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Must maintain current physical therapy license and certifications
