SLP Job in Potosi, MO

You will work as a Speech and Language Pathologist in a long-term care setting at Tide Health Group - Georgian Gardens in Potosi, Missouri. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 15, 2026, working 5 days per week on day shift (8-hour shifts). You will earn $2,448 per week.

Your Role

You will serve as an assessing therapist with a lighter caseload while taking on Department of Rehabilitation responsibilities. You will attend morning and facility meetings, create and manage therapy schedules, and provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
• Leadership experience within a SNF/LTC rehab setting
• Knowledge of PDPM
• Current Missouri State License
