Telemetry RN Job in Lancaster, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at MUSC Health - Lancaster in South Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry (Med/Surg)
• Shift: 4x12 hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratios: 1:6–1:7
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to like units with similar patients as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,592

Requirements

• Current South Carolina license or Compact license (must be in hand before start date)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Completion of all assigned modules prior to start (approximately 4 hours, non-billable)
• Attendance at staff meetings mandatory
