Telemetry RN Job in Pikeville, KY

Pikeville Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. You will work a 3x12 night shift schedule with a guaranteed 48 hours per week over an 8-week contract beginning July 20, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,073.60.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
• Float throughout in-patient areas as needed to support facility operations
• Read and interpret telemetry strips accurately
• Maintain electronic health records in Care View/EPIC (on-site training provided if needed)
• Work every other weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Current Kentucky or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in specialty
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing

• EKG test completion during compliance process
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Black scrubs required
