Opportunity:

OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Fast-paced setting with medically complex patients - must be comfortable with this type of setting and patient population
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Meditech charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NBCOT
• Kentucky license required
• Must reside within 30 minutes of facility in case of emergency
• Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Skills include but are not limited to: acute care, CVA rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee care, hip fracture and total hip replacement, knee injuries and total knee replacement, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia/Alzheimer's, nerve injury, tendon repair, splinting, adaptive equipment assessment, functional independence measure (FIM), home exercise programs, patient/family education, and pre-discharge planning
