<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>SLP - SLP</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 8:00 AM<br>• Treat 6 to 9 patients per day in outpatient pediatric setting<br>• NICU and pediatric experience required<br>• Must have experience with sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, and developmental delay<br>• Feeding experience and dysphagia experience required<br>• Work exclusively in outpatient pediatrics<br>• Use Epic electronic medical record system<br>• No weekend or holiday requirements<br>• Dress code: Business casual or scrubs in black, gray, or khaki colors<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Active Illinois license required<br>• 12-hour orientation over 1-2 weeks with preceptor available<br>• One day of Epic training included<br>• Patient scheduling handled by patient access team per therapist's plan of care<br>• Must pass drug screening as facility maintains drug-free campus policy<br>• Call-off policy allows equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center operates a comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation department focused on outpatient services for children with various developmental and sensory processing needs.
