Telemetry RN Job in Lancaster, SC

MUSC Health - Lancaster is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit. You will work four 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with a patient ratio of 1:6–1:7.

Staffing & Schedule

• 4x12 night shift rotation
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Guaranteed hours; facility may call off one shift per two weeks
• Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)

Clinical Expectations

• Float to like units with similar patients when needed
• Attendance at staff meetings required
• Med/Surg and Telemetry experience required; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias preferred
• Epic charting system

Requirements

• South Carolina license or Compact license in hand prior to start
• Minimum two years of nursing experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Complete all assigned modules prior to start (approximately four hours, non-billable)
• Royal blue scrubs required

Contract Terms

After two undocumented call-outs per contract, the facility may cancel your contract. Assignment begins June 15, 2026, and runs for 91 days. Weekly pay is $2,592.
