Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 36-hour weekly schedule
• Every other weekend required, including Saturday and Sunday
• No call requirements
• Work across multiple specialty units including ICU, Med Surg, ER, and NICU
• Night shift minimum staffing of 4 to 4.5 staff members
• Patient ratios managed through RVU system
• Operate and manage equipment including PB ventilators, Drager V500, Aerogen devices, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C-transport, Oscillator, Jet, NITRIC, and Bubble CPAP
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
• Manage BiPAPs, ventilators, and Heated High Flow units
• Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies
• Work proficiently in Level 3 NICU setting
• Handle high acuity patients with strong time management skills
• Required certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP
• Must have acute care experience in Med Surg, ER, and ICU
• Must have Level 3 NICU skills to work proficiently in the unit
• Scrub color requirement: Pewter Gray
