Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with holiday rotation and every other weekend
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Patient ratios: 1:6 during regular hours, 1:7 after 11:00 PM
• Float to other facilities including Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and similar units as needed
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• 2 years medical surgical experience required in short-term acute care hospital setting
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience required within the last 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Wisconsin RN license
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manage change well, social, have strong documentation skills, and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Holiday rotation includes: July 4th (NOC 7/3), Labor Day (NOC 9/6), Christmas Day (NOC 12/25), New Year's Eve (NOC 12/31)
