CVOR Registered Nurse Job in Charleston, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) position at MUSC Health Charleston. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work three 12-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, scheduled Monday through Friday based on unit needs. Your role will involve scrubbing and circulating complex vascular cases with a 1:1 patient ratio for all shifts. You will manage common vascular procedures including endovascular interventions, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, cold leg cases, thrombectomy, amputation, carotid procedures, and AV fistula creation.

Requirements

• Current South Carolina RN license or multi-state compact license required at assignment start
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA certified)
• Ability to scrub and circulate vascular cases
• Competency with EPIC charting system

Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,540.16
• 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)
• On-call required 6–8 times per month, including weekends
• Holiday call may be required
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Facility may call off one shift per two-week pay period
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application

Additional Information

Radiation badge will be provided by the agency. Be aware that the facility may require emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November). This assignment offers the opportunity to work at an established health system while maintaining schedule predictability with a set shift pattern.
