Interventional Radiology RN Job in Traverse City, MI

Munson Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Interventional Radiology department in Traverse City, Michigan. This is a day-shift position working Monday through Friday with a flexible on-call schedule.

Schedule and Hours

• Work 5 shifts per week: 9-hour days from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and/or 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 4 shifts per week base schedule
• Weekend on-call rotation every 4th to 5th weekend
• One weeknight on-call per week
• Holiday on-call rotation with one rotating holiday assignment
• No guaranteed hours; overtime applicable after 40 hours per week

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage hemodynamics and monitor patients during angiography and neuro interventional procedures
• Administer and titrate multiple vasoactive drips simultaneously
• Provide and monitor conscious sedation for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Perform patient prep including IV insertion and blood draws
• Monitor post-sedation recovery and complete procedure flowsheets
• Review medications with patients and provide discharge instructions

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Critical care nursing experience required
• Sedation management experience required
• Neuro interventional experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHS certifications required
