Job Details:

• Work full-time 40 hours per week for the first 2 weeks of orientation before beginning solo weekend shifts
• Must be flexible to work days and/or evenings during orientation period
• Weekend shift schedule: 2x12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• Operate MRI machines efficiently and perform all non-contrast exams, routine MSK, neuro, spine, and occasional body MRI procedures
• Must have GE or Siemens MRI scanner experience to be considered
• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort before and during scanning
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging and ensure timely delivery of results
• Document all procedures while maintaining confidentiality of patient information
• Perform patient care tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Must be familiar with medical terminology and able to stand for extended periods
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
• Associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology required
• BLS certification through American Heart Association only required
• ARRT certification or similar organization certification preferred and must be willing to obtain after starting
