OR RN Job in Nashville, TN

You will work as an RN Circulator in one of 12 operating rooms at Skyline Medical Center, serving as a key member of the surgical team. You'll work 4 ten-hour shifts per week on day rotation from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional call requirements.

Call Responsibilities:

• One night per week C2 call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend C1 call rotating every four weeks from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shift)
• Trauma backup call on weekends as needed
• Must be in-house within 30 minutes when on call

Operating Environment:

You'll work in a high-volume OR with 7 rooms running regularly, plus a dedicated trauma room. Your surgical cases will include a heavy volume of Neuro/Spine and Orthopedic Trauma, along with General Orthopedics, General Surgery including Robotics, Urology, GYN, Vascular, ENT, and OMF procedures. You'll collaborate with Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) and First Assistants (FA) in each room.

This 13-week assignment begins July 6, 2026, at $2,248.40 per week. You must hold an active RN license and be prepared for the fast-paced demands of a Level 1 trauma center operating room.
