Job Details:

• Night shift schedule Sunday through Thursday with a mix of 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and 8-hour shifts (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Average daily caseload of 20-25 patients per 24 hours shared across the department, not per individual tech
• Traveler will never work alone
• Department operates one Philips scanner; Philips experience preferred
• Occasional weekends required
• No on-call required
• No floating to sister facilities required
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Charting system: Cerner and Fuji Synapse (Cerner preferred)
• Free parking available for travelers
• 2 years of experience as a registered MRI tech required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) or (R), WV State License (pending license accepted for submission, must be active by start date)
• IV starts required; PACS and contrast experience preferred
• Required work experience settings: Outpatient and Inpatient, ER
• Preferred work experience settings: Level 1 Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
• Required MRI procedure experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Spine, and Musculoskeletal
• Preferred MRI procedure experience: CINE, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, and T-2 Weighted Images
• Wide variety of exams performed on both inpatients and outpatients
• Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, and adults
