Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP
• Must hold NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider) licenses
• Pediatric, Neonate, and Infant experience required with Level 4 NICU experience
• Epic experience preferred
• May float within scope depending on experience
• No floating to sister facilities
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Epic charting system
• 72 hours of orientation
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• South Carolina RRT license must be in hand at start date
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• Block schedule accommodation requires prior approval but not guaranteed
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Skills include bronchoscopy, extubation, NICU, and pediatric critical care
• Parking cost applies for nights and weekends only with one-time $20 parking pass payment
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
