Telemetry RN Job in Janesville, WI

Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position in Skilled Nursing. You'll work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on a 3x12 schedule with every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care on Skilled Nursing units with potential to float to other inpatient units based on census needs
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and facility policies
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education and instruction
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and apply appropriate escalation procedures
• Participate in department performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Use clinical expertise to provide guidance to other units and departments as needed

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin nursing license
• CPR certification
• Education verification

This 91-day assignment starts June 11, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,233.80.
